Jay Conner had his bank funding yanked, cancelled, terminated, without notice, in 2009. His real estate business suddenly threatened to be crushed by bankers, Jay turned to regular people for funding. He learned how to get the Golden Goose – and raised over $2.25 million ($2,250,000) in 90 days. Jay discovered all he needed to do was raise private money.

Now Jay works less than 10 hours a week in the business with his automated systems. He regularly closes 2-3 deals a month with an average profit of $67,000, all in a town of 40,000 people!
