  1. Partner with an experienced real estate investor.  A partner that will help you to learn and earn especially when starting up. Invest with a partner who is good with numbers (metrics and KPIs). Surround yourself with the best of the best.
  2. Find a niche or angle that you can be the best of and be creative. Everything is possible if you hustle in wholesale. Be consistent and keep doing what needs to be done even in times of uncertainty.
  3. Be prepared with multiple plans and provide options to sellers. But no too much. Don’t be an info junkie because a confused mind says no.
  4. Don’t get hypnotized by other people’s version of success. Run your race and inspire others.
